You can place an order 5 different ways:

Phone:You can call your order in between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. We are closed one week for the Christmas Holidays and the last week in September for inventory.

Prices are based on "in-state" orders for Alabama. They do not include sales tax or shipping for out of state. All prices are subject to change without notice. Please call for a price quote before ordering if it is needed for a purchase order.
All accounts are net 30 days. MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express are accepted.
On most orders, please allow 7-14 working days after we receive your order for shipment.
Freight on out of state shipments will be prepaid and added to your invoice unless otherwise stated.
All shipments in state of $100.00 or less before tax will be charged shipping. The shiping charges will be 9% of total order.
All shipments to a residential area will have a $5.00 shipping/handling fee added to your bill.
If you need a quote on shipping, plase ask while youare placing the order.
We are required by law to collect sales tax within the state of Alabama. If you are a tax exempt agency, please provide us with your tax number, unless you are a state agency exempted by state laws.
We accept returns on merchandise within 30 days from purchase provided that it is not damaged and is in resalable condition. Call customer service at 1-800-801-9032 for a return authorization number before we will accept any merchandise. All returned merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the merchandise needs to be returned because of an error on our part or a default in the product, there will be no restocking fee charged. No returns are allowed on screenprint or embroidery items unless an error is made on your order by us.
PROBLEMS WITH SHIPMENT
All problems with shipments (ie missing items, broken items, etc.) must be reported within 48 hours (2 working days) of receipt of order. No credits or replacements wm be issued after that 48 hour time frame.
If you desire, you may provide oversized or sized-to-fit camera-ready line art. Please mail in order to guarantee top quality printing. You may also email your artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your agency logo can be used alone or combined with a typeset message for no extra charge.
